First, both lotions have a wonderful fragrance but the blue is definitely better in my opinion. I've been using the collagen lotion on my face and my skin is drinking it up! I had an issue with a previous skincare product that left a few irritated spots and the collagen lotion has been very soothing to use during the healing process. Additionally, it makes my skin feel SO smooth! I've been using the HA lotion to combat my always dry feet and the relief as been an absolute joy. I am very impressed with both of these body moisturizers, they are light and have a faint scent to each. Also not tested on animals. I have used MEDIX body lotion before and found the vitamin c to be terrific also. I honestly don't think there is a bad one in the bunch as far as body lotions go. High end lotions, love the look and feel of these. I do prefer the Blue bottle over the other due to less fragrance and better feel, but you can't go wrong with either option. Looks great on the counter too!

These are both nice, thick lotions that have a light pleasant fragrance. Not heavy and perfume-like, but pleasantly scented. I am using the hyaluronic acid lotion for my arms and hands, which tend to get really dry. It is very moisturizing and makes my skin look and feel good. I'm using the collagen one mostly on my chest, which has had too much sun exposure over the years and in my 50s, is starting to show it. I believe that with consistent use, both of these will help to keep my skin in good shape. I love these lotions and will order them again. ... show more

I used the MEDIX Argan oil cream and was pleasantly surprised to discover that this combination worked equally effectively. The Collagen cream, enriched with shea butter, has a denser texture compared to the hyaluronic acid cream, making it my go-to for drier areas like heels, legs, and arms. The peptides in the formula also seems promising. The hyaluronic acid cream feels lighter and more refreshing, making it ideal for application on my back, chest, and stomach. MEDIX 5.5 delivers some of the best skincare products I have used. Both of these lotions work exceptionally well to rejuvenate my skin. The media could not be loaded. The work amazingly together or separately. The plumping one has a thicker texture than the hydrating one. They also have slightly different smells, which to me smell yummy. I’m not sure how to describe the smell other than light and somewhat sweet. I moved to Arizona and my skin is screaming for help, I have an entire skincare routine with body oils and lotions after my shower. I did none of that to put these to the test, and I love and trust them because they’re the only lotions that have continuously kept my skin hydrated the entire day. Dry skin tends to look older, and I feel like this helps with that appearance as well. I don’t feel like the pics truly show how dry my skin gets. It also, on my skin, doesn’t feel tacky like some lotions can. I love this combo and will continue to use it especially since it’s saving my skin from the desert harshness.
