It supports up to 550 MHz and is suitable for Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, and 10-Gigabit Ethernet. These cables have a soft (and therefor flexible) blue vinyl insulation. Have soft tabs over the latches on the terminals which makes unplugging the cables easier. Good value and highly functional.

I got this because i needed my ethernet cable to wrap around all my furniture and this does the trick, it basically lines the wall of half the room with a few extra feet still available. I've had it for a while now and it still works great.
