  • “The Unicorn Silk Highway of Data!”
Size: 25 ft Color: Blue
I’ve been using the Mediabridge™ Ethernet Cable (25 Feet) for a while now, and let me tell you, it’s a game-changer. This cable is like the Usain Bolt of Ethernet cables—fast, reliable, and ready to sprint data packets across the digital universe. The Need for Speed: I plugged it in, and my internet speed went from a tortoise to a cheetah! Seriously, I think this cable has a secret turbo boost. My data packets now travel at warp speed, leaving buffering screens in the dust. It’s like they’re riding on a luxurious silk highway, sipping digital mojitos as they go. Unicorn Hair Weave: I’m pretty sure this cable is woven with unicorn hair. When I unboxed it, I half-expected rainbows to burst forth. My cat tried to chew it, but it just laughed and kept transmitting data. I’ve never seen a cable so determined to deliver packets. It’s like it whispers, “Fear not, dear user, I’ve got this.” Life of the Party: I’ve even started inviting friends over just to show off my cable. They’re all jealous. We gather around it like it’s the campfire of connectivity. Honestly, I’m considering framing it and hanging it on my wall. It’s that special. Maybe I’ll throw a cable-warming party. You’re invited, of course! No Tangles, No Drama: Other cables? Pfft. They tangle up like spaghetti in a blender. But not this one. It’s like it has a PhD in untangling itself. I’ve watched it perform acrobatics—loop-de-loops, figure eights—without breaking a sweat. It’s the Cirque du Soleil of cables. The Real Deal: So if you’re in the market for an Ethernet cable, look no further. The Mediabridge™ Ethernet Cable (25 Feet) is the real deal. Trust me, your internet will thank you. And hey, if you ever need a morale boost, just stroke the cable gently. It’ll whisper, “You’re doing great, sweet human.” Happy surfing, my fellow data traveler! ... show more

  • Better than expected!
Size: 100 ft Color: Blue
Ordered these to update the tech used at the store I manage, with one exception: I forgot I ordered two, as I only needed one but the price was almost ideal so why not have extra just in case I had mistakes while cutting and crimping. Then the router at the store died and, once replaced, the upgraded new router shorted out quite old and heavily abused line to the ATM and that needed replacing. That machine now processes at least 5x faster with a higher quality and better protected cable that is generations newer than what it replaced with just the right amount to spare. Arrived fast like the need was known in advance, and I have plenty for the security POE update as well as the new LAN and automation equipment being installed. Performs like a dream, looking forward to the install even more now! ... show more

  • Another excellent Mediabridge product.
Size: 7 ft Color: Black
Most folks view cat5 cables as either they work or they don't. What's the big deal? In some ways, I see it that way too. Here's the thing. Just because something does it's job doesn't mean it's doing it well. Most of us have owned a lot of cat5 cables over the course of our computing lives. Mostly we don't even pay for them. They just sort of show up. You get one or two that come with a computer or a router. Maybe the cable guy left a few extra when he came to your house ...because the Cable Company thinks we're too stupid to setup our own internet. A lot of the time I don't even know where I get them. It's probably magic or something. I'm convinced the sock monster is involved. You here me sock monster!? Keep your cat5 cables. Just stop stealing my left socks out of the drier! The point is; we all end up with these things laying around so why buy them? Because they suck! In my case because I didn't have enough anymore ...because they suck! A little too short or way too long. The tabs break off. Slow. They stop working, under completely mysterious circumstances. You end up staring at them with a magnifying glass like you're Sherlock Holmes going after Moriarty. Hunting for some clue as to why they so tragically died. Ultimately, failure to solve the mystery will crush you to the ground in utter defeat. Leaving you screaming at the sky with hatred for all mankind. In the recycle bin it goes and it's off for harrowing adventures trying to find a working cat5 cable. Don't laugh. I've actually done the magnifying glass thing and I've seen other people do it too. Okay, maybe not the screaming at the sky bit. Here's why Mediabridge cat5's do not suck. Even a cursory glance shows these to be well made from quality parts. It's not likely to last until the end of time but I suspect it will still work 15 years from now. Much lower packet loss, line jitter, data corruption and all that geekspeak when compared to other name brand cat5's I've owned. In other words, it's more efficient and therefore can move data in less time. I copied a 32.4 GB file from my laptop through my router to my desktop and it was noticeably faster, by about 10%, than the cat5 it replaced copying the same file. Good price for high quality. As in I didn't have to get a second job to pay for it. Not that I have a primary job. You hear that Mediabridge? You should hire me as an Advertising Consultant or something. I need a job. Initially, I thought was odd that they used odd numbered lengths. 3 ft. 7ft. instead of the usually 2ft. or 6ft. Then I realized, with every inch of pun intended, that extra foot goes a long way. (Piers Anthony would be so proud ...or he'd shoot me for a fool.) ... show more
