When I ordered it, I didn't notice that it would only stand vertically, but since it came with two frames, I was able to use the piece from the other one that allows it to stand. I put that piece on the other side so it could display the photos horizontally. I like that there was enough depth between the two pieces of glass so I could add decorative paper behind the photos. If you find you have too much space between the two pieces of glass, just add some paper between the front and back photos. I kept these and I still liked them but they weren’t as nicely made as I thought they would be but for the price they are not bad. I love the concept of being able to put a picture between two pieces of glass and just sliding it in the slot and that’s what these do, they make it easier to change out pictures if I still want to. ... show more
