Only got this paper because it said it was reinforced. I analyzed the pictures and somehow it just seemed like the edges were kind of lit up like they had a coating on them. I only paid $14 bc I was comparing it to the cost of other reinforced packs of paper and thought it was a good deal. Pretty sure reinforced means it should have the clear strip along the holes so that it does not tear easily, which this paper does not have. I could have gotten the 100 packs of regular paper like that for less than a dollar each in store so I feel ripped off. I’m still going to use it because I hate returning things but still disappointed. ... show more

Specifically bought this item because I thought the paper was reinforced. It is not. Not worth the return so will use as scratch paper but cannot use for school. Disappointed by the misleading product title.
