This is my favorite cane. Most foldable canes I’ve used are not very substantial. This one works great. I really like the quad base on it. Makes all the difference. I’ll probably another one in a different color. The blue is really nice.

Balance is my issue I have pain in my hip and this helps it and instead of putting pressure on my hip put it on the cane and it works out well.     • WHAT A TERRIFIC CANE - AND WHAT A TERRIFIC BUY!

Scheduled to have fusion surgery as after years and years, the wear and tear and lumbar scoliosis has REALLY become problematic. Suffered two falls already in as many months, so I am using a cane now. I was using a cane that belonged to my late husband, and when I'd hang it on a counter or on the back of a chair, it would fall and make a loud noise hitting the ground, and often when alone, necessitating my bending down to get it, hurting my poor back! Also, my cat had become very frightened of it due to the many times it fell on my tile or wood floors. I noticed a lady with one just the other day, she had placed it beside her while she rummaged through her purse for her wallet, and thought, I need a cane that is autonomous! So of course I went shopping on Amazon, and found a great selection. This cane caught my eye due the vast selection of colors, and it's fold-able feature, with the splayed tip (and a regular tip was enclosed too) for a measly $14! Thanks Amazon. This cane is the best for comfort and sturdiness! It stands on its own on smooth floors and low carpets as well. It is best for helping me to be stable in my walking and it holds my 200 lbs. with no problem. The handle is wide enough and well-cushioned to make it a very comfortable use of this cane. It also folds in half for storage or putting in a car. I guess one might knock a star off because it isn't as sleek and modern looking as some other models.
