I've struggled with acne prone skin since I was a teen and have tried it all. Aside from overly drying my skin out with prescribed Retin-A Micro in college, which was horrible, this has been the best discovery for my skin. On average, I used to break out around my chin and forehead a minimum of twice a month. Since switching to MD Complete system back in February, I have not had a bad breakout! Maybe one or two small pimples due to hormones but clear up right away. This stuff right here is freaking amazing when I tell you I can't do without this stuff I just can't.as soon as I see a pimple I use this stuff and it's like magic it stops my pimples from getting any worse and it gets rid of it.i swear by this stuff no joke.

Love this cleanser. I first got it as a PR product to try and review, but after finishing the tube and how it made my skin feel and look, I went ahead and made a purchase, and I think this will be my permanent facial cleanser. I love what it does for my acne/oily skin.

This product didnt help my acne at all, but removed makeup easily. That was however the only upside to this product. It left my skin feeling dry most days and wasnt helpful at all.
