I’m trying the washable rugs out. I’m a first time buyer here pets have destroyed my regular rugs! This rug is very soft the colors are beautiful matched my living room perfect. I started out with the smaller rug 6x9 hoping it will fit in my washer. I could have probably got the 8x10 it is not very thick at all but does look like a nice durable rug. I wanted a rug for a high traffic area in our home, this fit and the colors were perfect, I also wanted something I could easily wash. This rug is super soft, but the softness also makes it super slippery to walk across, especially in socks. I liked the rubber backing and the rug stayed in place on the hardwood floor. After a few near slips and falls, I relocated the rug to my daughter’s room to use in a play space since it’s soft. Her room is carpeted and the rug does not stay in place on the carpet. It bunches up and moves when walked across. Since it’s not in a high traffic area, and I love the quality of the rug, I kept it, but not 100% satisfied with it. If it had better traction, I would have kept it in our entrance, but it wasn’t safe for kids or adults to constantly walk across throughout the day. ... show more

Spent months looking at all kinds of different washable rugs and finally decided on this one. Best purchase ever!! It does not absorb liquid it will just sit on top, and it’s so easy to sweep dog hair off of it. It is SUPER soft and also thin (it’s hard having thick rugs with a German Shepard) so it’s perfect. I love how the design gives a vintage vibe, and there wasn’t a single wrinkle in it when we unfolded it and laid it down. :) ... show more

Purchased January 2024. From the start, the rug was so luxurious feeling and laid flat. Was a tad lighter on color that expected but it's beautiful. Easily vacuum with a Shark system. I just washed it for the first time in the washing machine and laid it over the fence it dry and it dried in an afternoon. There are still some "dirty" areas but that is probably just because the washing machine couldn't get into all the crevices but it smells better and is definitely brighter and cleaner.
