This my first massage chair (bought about 4 months ago) and I use it every day, sometimes twice. No issues with function, setup or delivery (just make sure you have 2 strong guys to carry it.) It took a little getting used to as I have never used one with air compression massage (kind like it squeezes you, but you get used to it). I bought this one with the knowledge that the massage heads were fixed, but wished I had spent a little but more for one with moving heads. Also, I thought it was advertised to including rolling, percussion, and shiatsu, but it only does shiatsu. That aside, this is a great massage chair and for the money, I don't think you can go wrong. We like all the features, it hits all the spots, very comfortable and you can choose how long you want to use it. There’s just one thing, I don’t know how to use or I’m not sure if it’s capable, to just choose a specific part. All in all, we love it, worth it.

I found this item that’s the right size for her body type and not too big in our living room. We received the item in a very well package, delivery was smooth and secured. Setting up was easy. I tried it myself and felt comfortable with changing the speed and intensity. I also like the rolling on feet and massage on the back of my head that’s very relaxing. I ordered this producct and its too small even to my petite body. (Im Asian) so I sexised to return it. Amazon send me a confirmation on returning and pick up. I spend all day waiting for them to pick up.. I found out amazon never ordered the pick up still waiting. Its so heavy I got it ready for pick ip they never came. The bad weather is coming and I needt to bring it back in to my house! what a waste of time!! never again !! I need my money back!! ... show more
