I put these under my cabinets and they were easy to put up but the brightness was less than expected. Also, the colors was a bit off, for example when I pushed the purple button, it looked more pink. The red looked like orange. The blue was really the only color that looked like it should. All in all it wasn't a good purchase for me. The media could not be loaded. These lights are wonderful! I installed a storage shelf above my kitchen and used these lights to line the backside of the shelf for accent lighting. The remote is super convenient and easy to use. The colors are bright and vibrant! I love how I can change the brightness pending my needs. The lights are very bright and easy to install, but the cord gets hot. I notice after an hour on, the lights periodically blinked off and then back on. When I checked the cord that was plugged into the wall, it was hot. Later, I removed the plug in from the wall and plugged into an extension plug and rechecked the plug in for the lights and again, the cord got hot, but not the exension cord. ... show more
