This is the third maxi-cosi pria that I own , as I have three kids and I absolute love it. Not only is it comfortable for the kids since it is padded, but it is sturdy and I know it’ll keep my babies safe. Assembly is quick and easy and I love the fact that the cover is washable. It is a bit annoying to take off, but nonetheless is possible. I always recommend it to everyone🫶🏼 100% worth the money. This car seat is a fantastic choice for parents looking for safety and comfort. The main reason we bought this car seat is because our infant will be able to use it for several years to come. It easily transitions from rear facing to forward facing. We bought our 3 year old one as well and she has bragged about how comfortable the car seat is with lots of padding and soft fabric. We have had to wash the car seat once since we purchased it and it was super easy and convenient to remove the fabric and wash it. We had purchased the Magellan Max 4-in-1 For our daughter in 2020 and have loved it so wanted to go with Maxi cosi for our 10 month old as well. We chose this seat because it offers almost all of the same features that we love about the Magellan but at a more affordable price and with a slimmer profile as well. We love the look of the seat and it seems very comfortable for our son when he is strapped in. It is easy to Get him in and out and very easy to clean. Installation is also easy, but the guides on the seat itself are where our only complaint comes in. It is very confusing when installing the seat in the third recline position while rear facing. The number is partially covered, which worried us that we did not have it completely locked into that position. We have to triple and quadruple check that it is in fact locked into the position anytime we move the seat, and do not like the guide markers on the seat For this reason. (Picture attached of the guide markers on the installed seat once locked into the 3rd position.) The leveling line is also difficult to read as it is just a line on the sticker on the outside of the seat rather than an actual bubble level like Magellan has. My 1st born still uses her maxicosi in forward facing mode. I’m grateful I invested in another for our newborn. My children have always been good in the car & i guarantee that it’s because these car seats are so comfortable, no we are not ipad/tech parents. We are old fashion with a stuffie/book & have done lots of 12hr road trips with our 5yr old ever since she was 1 and she’s never had a fit. I was impressed by the soft thick padding of the car seat looks very comfortable. My toddler fit perfectly and great price. I’m upset this wasn’t my first buy to begin with. My husband was able to install it pretty quickly no issues whatsoever.
