I absolutely love this bed. I was so hesitant ordering a bed from Amazon & in a box but this bed is even better than my Serta. It’s firm where you don’t sink in but the top layer has a bit of cushion that makes it so comfy. I can’t feel my husband moving around. The corner of the bed does dip when you sit on it but everything else is great! You can still lay at the edge of the bed and not fall off. It expanded as soon as we took the wrap on the outside of the plastic, it popped out! We let it sit for about 5 hours and it was ready to go! Happy customer 😊 ... show more

This is a comfortable and firm mattress. It is thick and very functional. The overall quality is great and my husband has no aches. It took actually day to receive as first mattress was stolen. They delivered the mattress on the ground level in the walk way. By the time I got to the apartment the package was gone. I was very upset as we didn’t have mattress to sleep on. I called Amazon and they decided to send out a replacement with instructions to deliver it to the apartment door. Guess what? They still did not deliver to the apartment, but instead at the side of walkway on the ground floor. I was lucky to get replacement cause my husband decided to stay home and waited in this package. So I am guessing if you live in an apartment with multiple levels, the delivery team will not deliver it to your door. ... show more

While the mattress is quite comfortable it is too short for my 20 year old bed frame. I had to stuff some older pillows in between the footboard and the mattress to keep it from having a huge gap.
