As a first time user of an espresso machine. The directions were very easy to follow for using. After the first time, it’s very easy to use. It creates flavorful coffee. The milk steamer function is my favorite as I can also make lattes with it. The steamer is very very loud though similar to a squealing pig and does take about 2 mintues to fully heat/froth 6oz of milk. The machine is easy to clean, heats up fast, and I’m able to make my morning espresso in about 5 minutes from prep to cleanup. ... show more

This expresso machine is amazing. I've been getting into making my own for a while now, and now I've got a friend. It's stainless steel and ready to go for all my caffeine needs (Americano, Latte, and Cappuccino). The unit itself doesn't take up too much space on my counter, probably 10" X10" X 10". It's programmable and has an easy-to-read LED display. It holds 1.4 liters and has a cup warmer 😁 on top. It makes some serious fluffy riches, and very hot, no more lukewarm with microwave heat up. The media could not be loaded. This great espresso maker has what you need to make espresso, cappuccino and frothed milk and probably more. It's well made though not with premium materials (the sides are plastic). It has suction cups on the bottom to prevent movement (very nice on granite counters). Set up is simple with clear instructions. It comes with 1 and 2 cup filters, and a tool to remove the filter from the handle. The power and frothing tube are on the right, so take that into consideration when measuring the space as the unit is much larger than a simple coffee maker. The plastic sides make the unit lighter than if it had metal slides. Be careful removing the unit from the box. I almost dropped the unit when I grabbed the plastic water tank and it came off the unit. Turning on the switch starts the preheating process. Once heated, the unit makes quick work of frothing or brewing. We are pretty pleased with the performance of this unit. ... show more
