Update, the Small DID have long enough arms. If you want a little more snap-back, hugged fit, you really can go down a size (Ive never said that in my life, lol). I'm back for more! I HATE when I go looking for this shirt only to be crushed to find that it's in the laundry. The fuscia is such a deep rich beautiful saturated color. Not the typical color that fuscia is, more purply-gorgeous. Get it! (Orig review) I got the medium. I'm 5'6" 140, and I am scouring the planet for a compression shirt. I have not found many; the ones I got before this one were expensive, and none had compression. Especially in the arms. All were snug on my boobs, maybe fitted in the waist or at least hips, not snug anywhere else. I'm not 'skinny' - I have thin legs but have fat on my arms and trunk, so I often like to order size large shirts when I DON'T want things tight. Now that I want compression, lol, it's hard to find it! Seems like men's compression shirts are readily available, women's are hard to find! This is a GREAT shirt; male no mistake. I got the medium with the longer torso and the bigger thumbholes, and I will totally wear it under things and to work out, on dog walks, etc. It is stretchy and comfy, but not compressive. My smallest part of my waist is 31 inches - NOT a small - and it's not tight on me. Almost there, I like it so much I'm going to try the small. I also have long arms, and the arms are plenty long. Wore this yesterday for a run outside and it was perfect for a windy partly cloudy 50 degree day in Utah. It’s a little shorter than most workout shirts I’ve seen, but that’s one reason I bought it. Perfect for high waisted leggings. The sleeves for me are not really long enough to comfortably use the thumb holes (I’m 5’9”) but I don’t usually use thumb holes anyway, so the sleeves are really the perfect length for me. I normally wear a small or x-small in shirts but read the reviews and decided on a medium. So glad I did. It’s like the perfect balance between fitted and loose. My measurements are: bust 33”, waist 26.5”, hips 38.75”. See pics…if you want a snugger fit then size down. ... show more

I love these workout tops! I now own 7 and will continue to get more! The material is awesome and the colors are exactly as shown. I’m a 36DD and weigh 145 and the small fits me perfectly, I wash mine in cold water and hang to dry, have not had one issue yet. The elasticity has held up through every wash. I have them in long sleeve and short sleeve and I’m waiting on delivery of their tank now too. I’m obsessed! They are light weight and breathable too! Highly recommend! ... show more

I have to agree with other reviews - this is just as good as Lulemon. Fits perfectly. Unfortunately I wore it once hiking. I washed it and saw sweat stains. I then immediately put OxiClean and Dawn dish soap on it for stain removal and they still didn’t come out. So disappointing.
