I purchased this tent so that my daughter and I could use it at a vendor event. It came exactly as described and it took very little effort to put up. It stood up pretty well to the wind and offered a great deal of shade from the sun. As a tip, I would recommend that people use pebbles as opposed to sand to weigh the tent down to keep it firm on the ground. I would also recommend that you do a practice round of putting it up much before you need it such that you don’t have to spend time trying to figure out how to do it when it’s time. It’s altogether a fabulous canopy for event purposes such as farmer markets. I wouldn’t recommend it as a permanent fixture however. ... show more

I wanted to leave a review to give insight to people looking to purchase tent, especially for those who have to set up on their own. -Yes, this can be set up by one person -Do a practice run at home first. The video in description is helpful but the tricky part is when it comes to pushing up the “V”. There is no well detailed drawing or on instructions of this and it really threw my through a loop when I practice day home. First definitely open the frame by pulling one corner at a time. Drape canopy over and tie and Velcro important parts. I extend the bottom legs first that adjust the height. Now the “V” I’d you’re by yourself or with 2 people, bring a foldable step latter—you’ll thank me. The V is diagonally positioned from the corner heading towards the middle point— this it does look like a V. This is where you push up. You will have a little bit of resistance but with the assistance of being on a step latter you can push it up all the way to the top point until it clicks. Then you repeat on all the legs and do final height adjustment at the bottom part legs. After reading reviews I bought more heavy duty weight bags because I need the bags to each hold 25lb minimum per leg so that’s what I did for that. It’s definitely super UV resistant it kept me cool under tent and the vent it has at the top is also helpful. I’m in S. FL and a 35yo Female who does markets and did set up on my own. Great tent I would recommend to everyone just do a practice run at home first time setting up, so day of set up is a breeze. Oh and the wall can be moved to the sides or in the back ... show more

EZ Up canopies are great and this one fits the bill. 12x12 is a great size. So easy to put up, can be done with one person. The material worked great with the rain, as it wicked off well. Would buy again if the need arises.
