I originally bought a gazebo on Wayfair, which was the same size, same features as this gazebo and price was pretty similar. The gazebo on Wayfair was so crappy! The roof Snapped in half and the whole gazebo felt cheap. I had it up for a month… The customer service was awful as well. I never ordered from Wayfair but decided to give it a try and I will never again. Stick with Amazon and get this Gazebo! It looks so nice and it’s sturdy. I bolted the gazebo on my concrete patio for extra stability. I highly suggest doing this. For this price, get it! ... show more

I couldn't be more pleased with this replacement canopy. The fabric is heavier then the original and the fit is tight with well made seems. I only wish we'd discovered the pull hook before my husband smashed his finger trying to get the canopy on the our existing gazebo frame. Once we saw the hook tumble out of the vent-top piece, it was super simple to pull the corners in place using the fabric loops that are on one corner of both the canopy and the vent-top. We are going to buy another to have on hand when needed for our second gazebo. ... show more

Did come with a lot of pieces took about two days to assemble. It is sturdy and of good quality, but I wish that the top covering did a better job of keeping leaves off of the inside furniture.

After reviewing many different gazebos. I'm very happy I choose this one. It is sturdy and well made, instructions are easy to follow "if you follow the instructions YOU WILL HAVE NO problems " We have had already 3 storms very windy, and if you have the proper weights on it, this gazebo will hold strong winds!. Our first gazebo that we bought on Wayfair was wonderful but Milton sent a tree through it. We read the reviews on this one and decided to order it. Assembly was pretty easy especially with the two part posts and being able to put the roof on without a ladder. But I really wanted to be able to zip solid sides for privacy on one side. The picture you see on the listing shows what appears to be full panels that will roll out. They are only about 24” wide however. No function except for decor. Very disappointed but as it was the very last step we are keeping it rather than take it apart and ship it back. ... show more

Made like junk. Didn't even last 1 year. All the joints are shabily soldered together. Three pieces rusted and came apart. Because of illness and being in the hospital, I contacted them 1 1/2 months past the warranty. They would not honor the warranty by replacing the pieces and keeping a happy customer. Instead they wanted me to pay for the parts plus shipping. All the other pieces will probably rust and come apart too. Bought this replacement canopy because out original one was just weather beaten and started to tear. This one is a perfect replacement and very easy to replace. Tore the old one off and put this one on in less than 20 minutes without having to take the frame apart. Much easier than we thought it would be. Perfect fit!
