I found this massage table on Amazon that replicated the PT functions and also included the downward-facing slot for comfortable chest-down positions. I love the thick padding, the cradle, and the pillow. I use this as my main travel table and have another one in my home. It is a little on the heavy side, but I would say it’s worth it for the quality.

I bought this table to do physical therapy exercises at home without having to get down on the floor. It is long enough for me, and also my husband who is taller. The face rest can be moved to either end of the table. The table and face rest are very comfortable with just enough padding so it doesn't feel like the floor, but not too much so you sink in and can't move. It is sturdy and little heavy for me to carry by the handle but I don't really move it much as I use it regularly where it is in my exercise room. Excellent product. Very stable when set up. It is heavy but that goes with the sturdiness. The 31" is quite wide and has a lot of space on it.
