Edit: the seller reached out and has been amazing about making sure to replace the defective battery with one that works. I'm very pleased with the way they resolved this. The battery stopped working halfway through the first use. Really chaps my ass because it was working great up to that point and I was excited about using it and getting more batteries but if they can't handle a few hours of tattooing without giving out I'm not sure I'd want to spend any more money on them. ... show more

I’ve been tattooing with this machine (in different colors) for years now, and I had to leave a review to say I LOVE IT! Adjustable stroke length, super lightweight, and small. I line and shade with this guy, usually around 6-7 v. I’ve had red and a few black machines and love that the batteries are compatible. I’ve owned and used Bishop Wands and I ended up selling them and just using this Mast machine (not a gun) for my daily driver. Thanks Mast! ... show more

After my first use it quit working randomly. Very disappointing. I can’t even return this I ordered june 6th it’s July 7th. I’m so angry I wasted 100 bucks

The media could not be loaded. The battery died mid tattoo and will not charge or turn on. I have an older machine from the same brand but a different seller and it turned on fine so I know it’s not the box or charging cord. I am TWO days past the return window. The machine I got last year from a different seller is still kicking. This one lasted less than 32 days. I am disappointed because I really do like the machine but this is the second machine I’ve got from this seller with issues. I would suggest buying from a different source. ... show more

I’m a tattoo artist and I use rotary pens. My daily driver is a Xion, but I wanted a backup and financial constraints and a ton of research led me to the Mast Tour. It’s a solid little machine - it isn’t the best machine, it’s noticeably smaller and less powerful than the Xion, but it’s exactly what I expected and it’s perfect for smaller walk-ins. I feel safer having a backup machine and this one is perfectly serviceable.
