I like a little extra pressure on my neck/shoulders, so I was able to remove the attached pillow to get a deeper kneading action. This gives deep shiatsu massage. You can adjust the pressure and speed. It is solidly built. It is constructed all in one piece, except for the foot rest. The foot rest has good extension for longer legs. All the mechanisms for the operation of the chair are built inside the chair. It comes fully assembled. The fact that it isn't pieced together in individual parts makes it more sturdy. I think it's well worth the money I paid. The is only 1 tube that needs to be connected and that is located in the seat. You may need a thin pillow for the lower back. The rollers start at the tailbone. The deep massage feels painful in that area without a pillow. Two things I don't like. It isn't zero gravity. It's a reclining massage chair. I have been zero gravity chairs were the body is fulling extended. The control panel is so dark. It's hard to see, especially at night. The manufacturer really needs to improve on the control panel. If it were well lit, I would give the chair 5 Stars. ... show more

I ordered this massage chair for my husband for his 60th birthday. He absolutely loves it, he’s not that crazy about the arm compression, says he feels trapped. I feel the area is a little tight/narrow for shoulders. Over all great chair so far.

So I bought this product without even trying this product out. When I received it Amazon carried it into my home and did everything except plug it in for me. I'm disabled and usually in a tremendous amount of pain this chair is like a god sent for me. The chair gets into all the spots that are causing me my pain. All the while my husband uses the chair for relaxation as well as for pain. Works tremendously!!!! Chair is super easy to assemble just connect the air hose and pretty much relax. I really love the built in speakers they sound great. I love watching movies in my chair.
