I picked this up for my son for his First Birthday. We love all things dirt bike and motorcycle related our house. This book is a hit in our house already. My 3 yo wants to read it over and over. My 1 yo actually sits still to read it too, so that’s a pretty good indication that it’s a captivating book. It is 20 pages and has 2-3 sentences on each page. It’s a pretty easy read, it rhymes, so I would imagine my kids will have this memorized in no time. My older son’s all time favorite is “sheep in a Jeep” so I would say that this book is similar, but slightly more informative as it goes through different types of bikes. ... show more

My boy is almost 2 and loves this book. My daughter just turned 4 and also likes it, but she isn’t into motorcycles as much as the boy is. I recommend it to anyone looking for a motorcycle-themed board book! *EDIT* Updated to add a few pictures of some of the pages.

    • The rhythm/cadence is a bit off - but who cares, it's a MOTORCYCLE BOOK!
Goodnight moon, Sheep go to Sleep, etc., are all right when Mom is putting our son to bed. But as the family biker and gearhead, Marvelous Motorcycles is my go-to book for bedtime! (Besides, I'm still upset at what those dumb sheep did to the Jeep, but that's another book review.) While some of the bikes are not common in the US (such as the firefighter and medic bikes), I'm glad to see all varieties of motorcycles covered. And the last bike is a sidecar, which is a nice way to end the story, with the entire family taking a ride. I swear, I'm not trying to push my kid into liking motorcycles... but if he likes this book, I have no choice but to read it to him! Overall, great illustrations and it covers a lot of bike styles. The cadence isn't as rhythmic as some others, and they could use a few more Panhead choppers, but a good read for father and son! ... show more

This book is great for every little biker. It goes through different ki ds of motorcycles and even says a basic guide and how to use them. My 2 yr old motor head is in LOVE

My son LOVES this book. He is obsessed with motorcycles so this book is perfect for him. I've had a hard time finding books dedicated to motorcycles so this book was a great find.

My toddler loves motorcycles, and this book was a big hit with him. It shows a lot of different types of motorcycles and my kid loves the animals that ride them. This is one of his favorite books and he'll want to read it over and over.
