This is an outstanding product, my son loves pretending to be his favorite superhero! There is one problem though, when you put the face panel onto the forehead, it often falls off when walking, due to only being held by two magnets when the mask is on the forehead. The mask is usually held by six magnets, and almost never falls off. You could probably modify the mask if you need to. It looks good and fit my head, but I noticed the tape on the box was redone and there was a iron man lego helmet instructions booklet in the box, and finger prints on the eye pieces.

    • awesome helmet but a few issues
let me first say i LOVE this piece! yes it's not perfect but I'm still happy I have it. The main issue I have with it is that anytime you're carrying the helmet or doing anything that could make it flex in the slightest way the faceplate will lose its electrical connection with the chin piece where the batteries are for the sound and lights and it will start randomly playing the sound sequences and lighting up. I am using this as a prop for a show truck I have so it constantly spends time riding to shows with me etc. I have to carry it in two pieces because every time I hit a bump or take a corner hard the helmet continuously plays its sound effects over and over again. other than that its a hit with the kids at every show I go to and gets tons of attention ... show more

Helmet is great and I think it is very good value for the money, two things to note however is that you cannot see well in the dark with it if the lights are on, and the top scratches easily when switching mask positions from the face to the top, since it slides into place on the top. Honestly, I think these are way to much money but it is very cool and decently made. It's holding up well to an 8 year old running into things head first.

This is a very cool mask. The only thing I wish they would’ve done is make it more accurate to the actual war machine in the movie. It’s basically just the same as the red and gold Iron Man mask only painted gray and dark gray.
