  • Best Flavor Ever
Style: Picante Chicken
If you're a fan of quick, flavorful meals, the Ramen Noodles Picante Chicken Flavor is a solid choice. The spicy kick combined with the classic chicken flavor makes it a satisfying option for those who enjoy bold tastes. The 24-pack is incredibly convenient and affordable, especially for families, students, or anyone on a budget. Preparation is a breeze—just boil, season, and enjoy in minutes. The seasoning packet has a great balance of spice and savory chicken flavor, and you can easily enhance it with veggies, eggs, or protein to create a more filling dish. Overall, this 24-pack is perfect for stocking up on a quick meal option with a flavorful kick. ... show more

  • Traditional Style Ramen on a Budget
Style: Pork
These are plain Maruchan Noodles in Pork Flavor, really good taste, substantial broth and noodles that many are familiar with. For the price, it's hard to beat; especially with the versatility of ways to dress and season the meal. Really bang up for the expense.

  • A VERSION OF "JEWISH PENICILLIN", REVISED
Style: Less Sodium Chicken
Maruchan makes the best ramen noodle soup and it is MADE IN AMERICA ! This lower sodium version has 560 mg. sodium, compared to the regular item of 760 mg. Upon my reading, I noticed all the same ingredients, except in this "version", I observed that in this product, the soup base also has shitake mushrooms. This lower sodium version is just as tasty, with no noticeable difference. As always, I keep this item available for an "emergency" self satisfying meal, economical and known as a MEAL to most college students. And REAL powdered chicken is in both products. And as the tradition goes, chicken soup is known as "Jewish Penicillin", especially if you add your own spices, herbs, vegetables or ANYTHING ! Note, in any serving of either, just don't add the entire "soup mixture" to reduce sodium, if you choose. And no need for "precious" waste. I have always saved the dried broth separately. It makes a wonderful broth, just for a comfort, warm drink or when feeling ill. Nice product. And always, economical, especially purchased in a bulk package, which usually amounts to half the price from your local grocer. Enjoy ! ... show more

  • Great price great value, Hard to find in stores.
Style: Pork
After trying my hardest to find these in stores, thankfully Amazon had them. Pork flavor is definitely the best ramen flavor. I make my broth extra creamy and add some more spices. I combine Garlic powder, Onion powder, Mayonnaise, and sriracha sause and its so good, I just measure with my heart. Try it out sometime. ... show more

  • Inexpensive quick cooking classic instant ramen, good to use in recipes, with simple Asian seasoning
Style: Soy Sauce
My favorite instant / quick cooking ramen brand is Sapporo Ichiban, it's a bit more flavored to Japanese tastes, but it is more expensive & a bit harder to find than Maruchan. Maruchan Ramen Soy Sauce Flavor is a pretty simple & basic instant / quick cooking ramen. It's pretty easy to find in most grocery stores & big box stores in the USA & it's also very inexpensively priced. Preparing Maruchan ramen is very simple, you just need water & a way to heat it up, it takes just minutes to fix it. It can be made in a microwave (you will need a microwaveable bowl) or cooked over a burner / on a stovetop in a pot. Quick cooking instant ramen is popular with people on budgets, college & older school aged children & office workers. It can also be taken with you to cook when camping or backpacking (it's very light weight). You can buy an inexpensive energy efficient electric hot pot in which you can fix instant ramen if you don't have a kitchen or a microwave or if you are limited in space for preparing food. That kind of pot works great in a dorm room or a hotel room & might make a good gift for a college student or someone who travels a lot. Throw in some ramen packets like Maruchan Ramen Soy Sauce Flavor & you've got a modestly priced but useful present. The seasoning included in Maruchan Soy Sauce Ramen is basically powdered soy sauce with hints of garlic & ginger. You can make your ramen a little more interesting if you cook it in broth instead of plain water (vegetable if you are vegan or vegetarian, but chicken broth, beef broth, & other broths are also options). You can also make it tastier with some vegetables, like fresh, canned or dried mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, green onions, etc. It doesn't take many of them to make the ramen more nutritious, tasty & filling. In the case of Maruchan's ramen, I tend to add a bit more soy sauce if I don't cook my noodles in broth. It makes the Maruchan Soy Sauce ramen have a more umami / earthy flavor & also it's a bit saltier that way. The Maruchan ramen dried noodles are also usable in other recipes (you might omit the seasoning packet depending on the recipe instructions). For example, some people crumble the uncooked noodles on top of salads to give them a crunchy topping like croutons. Packet ramen like Maruchan's also doesn't make a lot of waste to throw away (unlike the more expensive cup instant / quick cooking ramens). It's a bit more environmentally friendly when it's packaged in cellophane bags. But you will need a bowl to serve it in (if it's a microwaveable bowl, you can cook it in a microwave). It's handy to be able to order fast cooking instant ramen in case quantities & have them shipped to you so you can have plenty on hand in your pantry to prepare & serve quickly. That's probably where ordering from Amazon makes a lot of sense. Do watch for sales on ramen like Maruchan Soy Sauce Ramen & stock up when it's at the lowest prices, it is shelf stable & will keep for a long time. ... show more

  • Classic flavor
Style: Shrimp
I love all types of ramen and believe there is always a place and time for the easy cooking and accessible form of ramen like Maruchan. In particular, the shrimp flavor is a bit unique and I do crave it from time to time as it's different from the usual chicken, beef or pork flavors that dominate ramen. This ramen is no frills but hits the spot for a lighter broth ramen. ... show more

  • Ramen for days at a fraction of the cost, and sodium
Style: Less Sodium Chicken
Can’t really say much else other than this is an outstanding price for the amount of Ramen you get. Been looking for the low sodium at local stores, but they are not readily available. I spent a little over $7 for 24 packs. That is insane. By the way, the flavor packet almost taste like Parmesan cheese is in it. Maybe that’s just me. ... show more

  • Great taste
Style: Less Sodium Chicken
One of the only lower sodium foods I actually love that doesn’t taste too flavorless or bland. It was a little different than I expected but not by very much. I love ramen and it tasted a little bit more mild on flavor but not too much that I wouldn’t eat it. Lots of other lower sodium foods have such low sodium it’s hard to enjoy. For someone that actually can’t eat a lot of salt this was perfectly fine ... show more
