Ramen soup mixes are not ideally nutritious but when you aren't really hungry and just need a quick fix, a bowl of soup often is sufficient and filling. Although I feel there is too much sodium in the spice mix I don't use it at any other time so I don't feel it is too dangerous. The taste is OK and I really like the noodles. The creamy chicken has a much better flavor than the regular chicken. I have trouble finding this flavor here so no buy a case at a time from Amazon.

I don't often buy these ramen packets because, let's face it, they are just junk. But my teens flip out for them so I do buy occasionally and this is their favorite flavor. It is hard to find locally and Amazon has a great price on the case.
