I wear tennis shoes when ride and used to use the pedals that have the cage with the straps around them but my foot moved around in these too much. Thought about tryingthese exercise bike pedals and they work great! My foot feels like it is glued to the pedal but easy enough to slide my feet out when come to a stop. Am going to buy another pair for my hybrid bike. Also I added the 27mm pedal extensions that also bought online and the both of them together make pedaling so much more efficient & comfortable. ... show more

Pedals work great. Big enough for street shoes to fit into. Straps hold your feet in place. I am 84 and using them on an exercise bike. They are very helpful to hold my feet onto the pedals. Straps are sort of hard to snap on. Be sure to order the right size.

Work great with my echelon bike. Bearings are greased and packed PROPERLY which is not something that can be said about my of the other exercise bike pedals I've come across and taken apart from Amazon. No creaking when I stand for hill climbs or sprints
