Incredibly easy to set up. The directions are straightforward and took maybe 10 minutes to put everything together. It seems very durable. Its easy to move around yet stable enough that it wont tip over. Definitely a must for anyone that is getting into weight lifting. The only problem is when you take the plate off the whole plastic comes off then you half to hold the weight up and get the plastic off the hole

So it holds Olympic weight plates on strong, angled posts like it should - I feel that’s the bare minimum & fundamental physics part of this thing that shouldn’t have any issues; so 3 stars for getting basic physics correct. It’s also straightforward to assemble. But it’s the details that would make this 5 stars. 1) The pin that holds the upright barbell - you can’t remove it while there’s weights on both sides because they’re too close together (pic). So if you’re trying to get the barbell in (or out) and there’s weights on both sides, have fun finagling the weights apart enough to get the pin in/out. A simple extra 1” or so stopper space on each top post would solve this. 2) The post sleeves seem to be designed to snugly fit Olympic plate holes. Fair, but my plates (with rounded metal hole sleeves) get stuck. So I have to wiggle-pry off the last weight from each pole. I feel like the posts don’t have to be super snug for any primary purpose. I’d just make them smaller (this would allow them to hold smaller hole plates too). I could remove the sleeve altogether, but it seems that might compromise some strength by adding torque force on each post. It’d probably be ok. But still. ... show more

I’ve this weight rack for a while and it hasn’t failed me since. The best part about the rack is it’s stability and it’s optional 1 in to 2 in rod diameter, capable of holding any type of weight. It’s a great product for its value.
