Overall, the product was exactly what I was looking for but I have a couple complaints. First complaint- the instructions are silly. The way they "instruct" you to put it together makes no sense. I made up my own directions but used the pictures to make sure I put the right screws on the right parts lol. The instructions definitely need to be updated and fixed. Second complaint- Some of the washers came already rusted (see photo). But once this rack was all put together, it was everything I was looking for! Overall, very sturdy and a good value. Like several others noted, the nuts, bolts and washers were a little rusty, as were the inner threads on the lower cross pipe and the plate rods. A little annoying to assemble - REALLY stubborn bolts and awkward to manage, but it came together. I liked this unit because I have limited space, and I don't have so many plates that I needed all four plate pegs. I only assembled with 2 on one side to keep the footprint as small as possible. The adjustable rails let me fit all of my hex and neoprenes on here neatly. The angled tiers make for easy access. Good purchase. I'm writing this review and giving a bad rating because this company has inconvenienced me. One of the washers was damaged and is not safe to use. The nuts and bolts have different threading and can't be tightened all the way - only partially. I originally bought for the price and the weight capacity. Note that the dumbbell weight rack capacity is 700lbs and the plate capacity is 400lbs. I tried to assemble the product fully and there are parts that don't line up, are too long or too short. I did not take a picture, but some holes in the frame do not line up. I am angry because I made significant effort to make it work and even tried to buy extra fasteners, but in the end it was useless. I was fooled into purchasing this item and wasted both my time and money. ... show more
