I purchased this for the sit to stand desk that I recently got to dress it up a bit and couldn't be happier with how it turned out! The contact paper is thick and great quality. It does not easily tear and easy to install! Adhesion is amazing! Easy peel yet, would stick again with no problem! Glossy finish and seemless look! INSTALLATION TIPS: PLAN BEFORE YOU STICK. Cut your materials and lay it how you want it first and give enough room for edges. CLEAN YOUR AREA. Wipe with a cleaner or whatever you wanna use but wipe it dry with a microfiber cloth so you don't have small particles laying around as this will leave bubbles. START IN THE BACK! So you can get a feel for how to install it. How you want your corners folded etc. STAY CALM & BE PATIENT. Things can get overwhelming easily specially if youre working on a bigger space. Keep things neat and apply small sections only to avoid wrinkles or bubbles. ROLL IT! Roll the piece that you're going to use the other way so you'll have better control while applying. Roll carefully so you dont create creases and folds. This will appear on your desk and hard to smooth out. PEEL IT. Peel small sections only! I peel abt 2 inches at a time. I carefully apply the adhesive part on the corner of my desk allowing extra inchb to be folded underneath. WIPE IT. Use microfiber cloth to wipe as you apply. Wipe with pressure but carefully. I wipe as I go meaning I've got pressure on my left hand while wiping on up and down motion to smooth out any bubbles while peeling the back paper with my right hand. ROLL IT AGAIN. Roll back paper (the one on your right hand) as you go so you have less clutter. CUT IT. Cut a small piece to patch the corners of your desk. This will conceal all the folds you have there. This is sticky and you must unroll carefully! It can crease. I laid it out slowly and for the most part it worked fine. I had no idea how to do the sink so I made cuts and it doesn’t look good and doesn’t stick. I later saw a short video where someone used a hair dryer and stretched the vinyl until it wrapped….which would work if you don’t already have a faucet installed. So, you will likely have some seams unless you take off the faucet. That said, I haven’t tried the technique with the dryer ... show more

Very thin. Easy to remove. Hard to work with. Good for how cheap it is. Looks like real marble pattern. Not very easy to align but it was my first time doing this. Would buy a thicker kind next time

I’m renting and HATED this blue counter that I was told by my landlord he installed in the 70’s and is still perfectly fine. Well, not to me. Yes, it’s in great condition but it’s ugly(in my opinion). So this paper is the perfect solution for while I live here and he can remove it if he so chooses after I leave. I’ve attached before, during and after pictures. The last picture has a fan blowing on the bead of caulking I did after laying the paper. I’m so happy with the outcome. This was definitely worth the hassle of burning my finger with the heat gun 🤣 I love the transformation it gave my table where I game. Temporary place until I build my pc when I move out but this just gave my nasty old table some life to it.

I work with vinyl decals on the smaller end and this was not possible to install without messing up. I could not get it to go down without the bubbles or the creases.
