The stem part of the cherry charm became separated from the cherry part immediately upon opening the package - it was sent to me already broken. I was able to repair it myself with glue and use the strap after that. Just one month later I was walking in a store and the string just split in half and sent beads flying everywhere and 5 different employees rushed to help me pick them up so nobody would step on one. I'm happy with this cell phone bracelet. It makes it easy to locate my phone in my purse and convenient to carry my phone when my hands are full. The first one I ordered broke after 10 months since the beads are threaded with a thick string rather than wire and I had to recruit my grandson to help pick up all the beads. At least it broke at home and not in a public place where the beads would have been a tripping hazzard. I get lots of comments on it.
