It is different than expected (it is an ointment not a cream) but has a nice scent and feels very soothing. Does put off a cooling sensation but when you’re hurting, that’s not a bad thing. I am encouraged that this is going to help my cuts heal faster. Update, I’ve had ulsers around my mouth from food allergies on and off for a year and nothing has helped. The cream or ointment I received says fights common & stubborn skin bedsores & pressure sores. Also below that it says for scrapes and hard to heal skin. The cream in the listing and from what others have said in their reviews, the cream is suppose to be yellow. Mine is dark brown, no yellow here. There is a foil seal inside the lid. Most have mentioned the ointment being smooth mine is very thick and sticky and has a gritty texture. The smell is strong, it reminds me of a really potent coffee smell with a hint of mint and idk but it’s odd and takes some getting use to. I have had a few places of rough skin that no matter what I have tried they are still there. I have been using this for a little over a week and I am seeing some improvement, more than with anything else. I plan to continue using it and if I see a complete improvement I will update. This is more of a thick gel texture. It feels nice on the skin and appears to be working on my wound thus far!

    • Can't get past the smell
Sistikoko Advance Cream does not have a texture that I'd call a cream. It's more of a salve or ointment. The product is a solid that melts a bit upon skin contact and eventually absorbs well into the skin after some massage. It contains both tea tree and eucalyptus essential oils, both of which have a very strong scent that does not dissipate much over time. I found the scent to be quite unpleasant and overpowering.     • Smells good and moisturizing
This cream is really great! It has a very natural scent which I do not mind, I tend to use natural products so that works for me. In terms of absorbing this does absorb, but you have to really rub it in. The more you rub, the more it absorbs into your skin. If you slather on and go, your hands might be greasy a bit. So do some rubbing. There is something gritty in this, which isn’t a big deal. The more you work it into your skin you will not really notice it. This is a review for SISTIKOKO - Manuka Honey 5x Accelerated Healing Relief Care Products, Advanced Cream for Buttocks Bed Sores Cream, Pressure Sores, Wounds, Ulcers, Cuts, Scrapes, Burns Deep, Fast-acting, Non-greasy and irritating I have to admit that this product has me completely and utterly confused. It is not turning out to be anything close to what I expected. First of all, the product is described as a cream, and the listing images show an open jar revealing a luxuriously looking white cream. This is not like that at all. It’s a dark salve or ointment that has an almost solid texture. The very first words in the listing description are “Manuka Honey” but I can’t find that anywhere in the ingredient list on the jar. They use a lot of Latin terms to describe the ingredients, so I looked up what the Latin name for Manuka Honey was, and it is not in the list of ingredients. I tried to decipher what some of the other ingredients were, and my comfort level in using this product dropped further and further the more research I did. The ingredients listed on this jar are not things I am comfortable using. Also, this product smells absolutely terrible. It's very off-putting and unpleasant. Had this been a skin cream that contained Manuka Honey, Tea Tree Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, and other understandable ingredients, I would have gladly used it on my skin for minor cuts, scrapes, scratches, itchy spots, etc. I’m disappointed that this product is not actually as it was advertised or described to be. The listing information itself is very perplexing. It starts at the top by describing this as a cream for sores and wounds, but then it is later described as a “jock itch & psoriasis cream & ringworm cream.” Like I said, I am absolutely baffled as to what this product actually is and does.     • Took Care Of My Winter itch
It never fails. Winter comes around and I end up with my winter itch. Took me years to figure out what it was, but it's some sort of a fungal issue that I sometimes get around my bra line. Irritating as anything! On top of that, almost nothing works to stop it from happening. Well, except for very few ointments, sprays and such. Decided to try this out because even some of the things that do work, don't work every time. Even after only one use, I am happy to say that this works! It's a somewhat bright banana yellow cream. (No bananas.) Kind of thick, but easy to use. Spreads somewhat well, but not all that far. In some cases, I need to keep adding more if I want to cover a broader area. It's not thin and oily at all. Nor is it sticky. It's really a nicely clean cream that absorbs well and won't leave you with unwanted messy residuals. Doesn't take all that long for it to fully absorb and feel dry to the touch. There is a smell to this, as I would expect. Somewhat like what you would normally smell with other such creams. Slightly minty, but only a little. Probably the tea tree oil. It's a clean smell though. Will go away soon enough after application. Once applied, I've found that it feels ever so slightly warm on the skin. I love that, especially if I'm itching, because I can feel it stopping the itch. I'm really happy with this cream and plan to use it on other skin irritations and issues when they arise. ... show more
