Manscaped reached out and had a new part sent to me the next day, and since receiving the replacement I've had no problem. The trimmer itself works amazingly. Worked perfectly for about three months and now will not hold a charge, and even when I do get it to charge, it turns on randomly by itself. That being said they upgraded it to their plus version for free, awesome customer support

I cannot always afford nice things but this one was a leap of faith that was well worth it. It did a great job but did nick me a couple times. I would still be using this product if it wasn't stolen by a now ex-girlfriend, she didn't even take the charger or guards.
