I’ve lived in the country with terrible well water for 3 years. I’ve always used Malibu treatments to strip iron out of my hair. But it was terribly damaged, so I decided to try this. My hair looks and feels better than it has since I moved here. I will say that I’ve read some of these reviews (even from hairstylists) that do not seem to understand this product is specific for hard water hair or swimmers hair. Yes it’s a conditioner. But it’s meant for specific types of damage. So as long as you understand its purpose and use it for what it’s meant for, it’s a great product. I suggest weekly use. I had heard nothing but good reviews about Malibu. This one was not supposed to be the one that strips your hair of anything but deep conditions it. I would never use the stuff again. My hair is straw and I can hardly run A come through it. I don’t know if if they mislabeled this package and it’s really the one that strips things off your hair or what but it’s awful.
