I actually really like this product! I bought before reading reviews and then read them while waiting for it to arrive. I think most people saying they do not see a difference maybe use a silicone based conditioner (pantene or any drugstore product) and so they did not see any difference. These products leave the hair silky and soft because they are made with shiny plastic. I use a conditioner bar from LUSH called Jungle and it works better than any stuff found at the store. Stop putting plastic on your hair and down the drain people!! I have very wavy 2C hair and it is course a lot of the time. (Hooray my Polish Jewish side...) I also try my best to make sure I use ALL more natural types of products. Which is why I chose this product in the first place, it doesn't have a bunch of weird hard to pronounce stuff. I think it worked great! Without any product in my hair and after blowing it out, it feels silky smooth as opposed to my usual poof. I ordered the rest of Malibu's line of treatments so I am excited to see how the next will work! Another thing to consider when using hair care products is how you are styling. You will see better results if you blow out your hair with heat than you would with a straightener used on slept on hair. ... show more

This a great product. I have hard water and this is the only product that tames my frizzy hair. Also, I appreciate that the seller did not put the product in plastic before placing in plastic shipping bag.
