    • Meets a demand in a creative way
I'm gonna be honest with y'all: This is probably one of those things where someone made a visual art direction pitch, a manager said "make this into a sex toy", and the engineers spent a long and frustrating product development cycle trying to make it happen. By the way: the engineers succeeded. The design is solid, very lightweight, definitely waterproof, and charges very quickly. They selected an excellent material; it feels very satisfying in your hand as well as on more needy areas. It's also super easy to clean. First thing you're gonna learn, as other reviews have stated: The images and advertisements have it all wrong. If you just hold this on your tip, it's going to take forever; you'll go numb before you finish. Honestly, if you want to hit a climax quickly, this really isn't the toy for you. This is much better if you want to go for a while, and want to have quite a bit of fun the entire time. This is not for people cranking one out for utility to "get it over with". When you use this, completely ignore the advertising. It's a vibrating body with 5 wiggly tentacles (one of them vibrates a bit harder than the rest). Have fun with it; experiment with it. It's VERY compliant with the shape of a penis; certainly easier to keep in place than something like a Hitachi, which just pushes your thing around, requiring two hands to maintain contact. That has to be my favorite aspect of this toy: it doesn't rely on your anatomy holding still. A few reviewers claim this toy is quiet. Sure, compared to the loud buzz of a few popular wands, it's quiet, but it's not THAT quiet. Someone walking by your closed door will clearly hear you. You will not be heard down the hall, though. The settings are interesting but not particularly useful, at least for me. I don't really use anything beyond the first two. I imagine someone out there really loves them, but they feel weird to me. The visual design is certainly an odd choice. Before it arrived, I thought it was kinda dumb-looking; I was more interested in what the shape provided for functionality. However, I have been having a lot of fun with this one, so the whole jellyfish theme has come around to feeling whimsical. I certainly would never call it "generic", either way. It feels like the visual design came first, and was set as a non-negotiable aspect of the project, and the engineers figured out how to make this design work as well as it possibly can. Also, let's be completely clear: The price is a steal. This is a LOT of fun and great engineering for how little I paid for it. I think the price might throw some people off; they might think it's not a quality product, but they'd be wrong. I think the price is low (compared to some other toys) because the company probably wasn't sure how it was going to be received. I'm not sure if anyone on the marketing team actually know how this is best-used. Rest assured: it's built well, and it does well. All in all: if you have a cock, want to vibrate it, but you keep slipping out from under other toys, and hate needing to use two hands at all times, then give this toy a try.
