cute kit, my 5 year old granddaughter had fun with it. WAY too many silly pom poms which really don't go with the vibe of the kit itself. For the price, they could have included more, as this is not a "high end" type kit. For a child's kit, it was spare.

This craft kit provided several hours of fun for my daughters and I, and we were very happy with the contents and quality of all of the pieces. The flower crowns were pretty easy to make and they actually look really cute! The beads to the bracelets are also great quality and they are big and decorative, not just some cheap tiny plastic beads. My younger daughters really enjoyed making the bracelets while my older ones enjoyed the crowns. Both were equally adorable and simple to make. We love this kit! ... show more

    • Good for small group
This flower headband craft is a good option for small groups. We used it with a group of 5 pre-k kiddos, and some of the sections required adult facilitation. The section that took the most time (and the most adult effort) was twisting the green leaf around the headband. The pre-k kiddos didn’t have the fine motor skills to twist it. Once that was done, the kiddos could do the individual flower pieces independently. Overall, the project came out nice, but we added more flowers from another project. The kit includes materials to make 4 crowns and 4 bracelets, they are very cute. It is a fun and nice craft activity, but not for younger kids unless helped by an adult as some of the parts may be difficult for kids.

The one thing I didn't like was it is only to make a few Flower Crowns. However it is a really cute idea to have your fairy princess make a fairy princess crown of flowers. The instructions are very clear, the beads, pompoms, ribbon and leaves are cute and will look adorable on the metal crown rings. Glue is provided which is great so that you have the right kind of craft glue for making the crowns. All and all a very fun craft to do with the girls - or the boys. ... show more

    • Too difficult to finish the project
I am sorry I can't recommend this project. It did not bring me joy. Inserting elastic thread into felt leaves with a plastic needle is not a reasonable thing to expect a person to do. The paper-wrapped wires are hard to deal with. The paper can unwrap and then the little decorations fall off and it's hard to put them back on. This project is too dumb for grownups and too hard for kids and too frustrating to be fun. ... show more

My graddaughter has a wonderful 'artistic' streak in her, far beyond her young age. And she loves this item. This kit, the JoiFuli Make Your Own Flower Crowns and Bracelets, is the kind of arts-and-crafts type item that can drive a child (and adult) crazy; you read the instructions, you look at the stuff in the kit, and things just don't seem to add up sometimes. But my granddaughter thinks outside the box, and figures out how to make all sorts of adorable things from her own imagination. Ah, to be a child again! Anyway, I was already thinking of how to handle an angry child with a toy that doesn't work when she comes walking into the room with her newly-made crown and bracelets. She just melted my heart.
