This glue is a God send. Considering the economy I’ll probably never pay to get my nails done again. I’m simple and acrylics tear my actual nails up. This will allow me to protect my real nails, keep from biting them and grow them. But shout out to all the nail techs out there it’s been great. i started off filing and prepping my nails while i left the product inside a warm cup. after prepping the nail I started applying the gel x tips and at this point i was so happy and impressed with how easy this product was to work with. finished my set, which i thought came out beautifly might i add, topped off with cuticle oil. The nails lasted about 30 minutes on until two popped off without having to put force on them. i noticed lifting already around the edges and started to just lift and peel each of the other ones off. It was really easy to peel off compared to regular glue gel which is literally like cement on your nails. At least the one that i personally use. If you want a set that wont last the full 3-4 weeks definitely recommend this product lol. Edit: Im writing this edit about 2 hours later. i watched a youtube tutorial and tried it out. Use a base gel before you apply your nails on with this product. REALLY REALLY HELPS!!! they stick vey well to the base gel. overall its basically the same as a regular glue gel but this hard glue gel is easier to work with by 100 times like to fix a nail that you applied crooked for example. id still give this product 3 starts because im not sure if theyre all supposed to come with instructions but my package didnt. productwise for affordability and the way the product is so easy to work with (afetr learning how its meant to be used) id give it a 5! just follow the instructions and use your base gel before applying and youll be set! ... show more

I really wanted this to work because I hate having to hold my soft gel nail tips while curing. I read a bunch of reviews of the 4-5 most popular gels and decided to go with this one. I always PREP my nails really well every time it’s nail day (takes me at least 2 hours for removal of the old tips and fresh nail prep alone). Also all of my new tips prepped and etched and primer on, etc. and then put them on with this hard gel, not too much and not too little, then cured for 3 minutes which is more than recommended. It was cool how much easier it seemed to be, I went to sleep when I was done and the next morning I was fidgeting with my nails as I often do and I barely pushed on one of them and it peeled right off. The solid gel stayed stuck to my natural nail really well, but in no way was it stuck to my tip any better than the sticky stuff that you get from store bought press ons. I had to use my e-file to buff this glue off and even then it was really difficult to remove and acetone was hardly helping. I eventually grabbed part of it with my cuticle nippers and slowly peeled off the layer-which I shouldn’t be able to do either but it was easier than trying to buff it off. I made sure the gel was warm. I made sure there were no air bubbles. I made sure to not touch it and used a metal spatula. I personally wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’ve been doing my nails for a year now and so far the best adhesive I’ve used is the Gelish tip adhesive which is also super super thick but my nails easily last a month with that stuff. Was hoping this would be a friendlier option for me when I was just starting out with DIY GelX but I could not get good retention when using it to adhere my nails. Consistency wise it was great when applying bc the viscosity is thick nut my sets would pop off after a 5-7 days which is extremely short for me. I tend to be rough and pick but I on average can get my sets to last 2.5 weeks and thought maybe it was me, but I used this only sister, who sets usually last 4 weeks and I usually remove bc of her grow out and even hers also popped off after a week. Would recommend to practice and if you’re wanting to change your set out after a week or need something for just one occasion, but not if you’re looking for durability and long retention. ... show more

I was initially skeptical about this product, but after using it, I found it easy to apply, clean, and dry. I used colored nails instead of clear, and so far, they’re staying on well. I’ve cleaned chicken, seasoned food, cooked, washed dishes, and I’m loving it!
