I opened the package expecting them to be cheaply made, but I was wildly surprised. They have a nice plastic grip that makes it easy to use and grip in different directions. These easily make a clean cut. The little dial does make it easy to get all nails the same length. But the wheel does tend to slip, so you have to ensure that it is at the same setting before you move onto the next nail. I wish it locked in place a little better. My other quibble is that the piece that catches the clippings comes off too easily. It will pop off at the slightest touch. I’m trying to figure out a way to make it fit more securely, but still be easy to remove for emptying. I would still recommend this, because it’s good for the price point. The media could not be loaded. This product is great, makes the nail cutting process so much easier. My clear piece came attached and it has a small crack which makes that part unusable because it won’t stay on. If I had a new clear piece the product would get 5 stars.
