Ordered the SML01 (with weights) in orange. Recieved 5 packages in separate deliveries over the course of a week. Although the individual framework pieces are wrapped in plastic sleeves, there is no padding between them which led to some scuffs on paint in various places....would suggest the company wrap pieces better for less paint damaging. Assembly was very easy, and all hardware was present in order. Its helpful to have a set of metric sockets vs the wrenches sent with the order. We did have 1 broken pulley and a linear bearing slide that didn't slide freely. Both were replaced within a week, so great customer service from this company. All of the attachments operate as designed and movements are free of restrictions....really smooth machine. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend to anyone that is looking for a versatile machine in the home environment. ... show more
