This was a great buy! The company sent us the cage and the bench was not sent with it. The seller tried to contact us, but it must have been an old email. We are a family that moves a lot, so we didn’t assemble it right away. It actually took us a couple months to finally assemble. At that point we noticed the missing bench. I contacted the seller and they sent us one. I don’t many companies who would honor that after that long. Thank you MAJOR LUTIE.     • Great rack, cheap accessories
The rack itself is very nice. Love the 3x3 frame and the large easy to assemble bolts. What cheapens this rack are the cheap accessories. There are two accessories that are decent (the safety hooks in the front for bench press, and the foot supports in the front). The rest of the accessories, sadly can't really be depended on, and I had to pay to upgrade them. Those weight storage pins are very flimsy. They way they connect with one bolt, and a flange that's just pressed in is not safe for something that is supposed to hold heavy weight plates. Same goes for those resistance band pegs. I could see them come flying off as projectiles under load from bands. The landmine attachment is junk and needed to be tossed in the trash with the other stuff. I'm addition, the J hooks (while sturdy), have a lip on the top that make it way too easy to catch the barbell on when resting the barbell on them after bench press or squats. Had to replace those with some smooth faced ones. Last but not least, the safety catch straps. They didn't make the pin that goes through both holes of the rack long enough, so they have a tendancy to flop around inside the rack. If I ever have to actually use the safety straps, it'll likely wollow out the holes under weight and stress from the barbell and weights falling. It's just not a very good design. All in all, it's a very good and sturdy rack and I'm pleased with my purchase, but I had to spend a considerable amount of money to replace junk accessories it came with. They should probably just not include the junk accessories, and instead lower the price of the rack, due to reduced materials and also shipping weight costs (yes, shipping is "free", but they're paying something, which just adds to the ultimate price they charge the consumer. ... show more

I really like this rack. Very solid even for a 250 pound guy to do pull ups on. Great customer service as well. I contact them with an attachment I needed and they were helpful. I plan on keeping this until I am dead and gone, so don't expect I will need to buy another one. If I did I would buy this one again very happily. ... show more

Everything went together very easily. Cage feels very solid, stable and looks good. I mounted it on two 2 x 6's to distribute weight on the floor and provide additional stability. Would give 5 stars if plate holders mounted more solidly.

Great quality equipment and easy to assemble. Customer support was on point. The warehouse unfortunately shipped the wrong cable according to the pictures I sent via email. I had to wait a full two weeks before I received the correct cable. I do appreciate sending me an extra for backup!
