If you don’t want to waste your time reading: It’s an outstanding product. Highly recommend it for the price. Sturdy as a rock, has everything you need, great product support. If you want to read: Not a sponsored bot or low IQ so let me break it down for you Shipping: Shipping was quick for me. The seller messaged me all tracking numbers on the Amazon app for all 3 boxes which was helpful. The packaging of the product was well done, whoever packs these is a god at Tetris. Assembly: As expected it took a few hours but the instructions were easy to follow there’s a video too. Highly recommended having for assembly: impact drill with 9/16 socket bit, adjustable wrench, step ladder, and someone to hold things up. 2 of the pre install bolts on the bar for the smith machine required an impact drill to loosen. But no big deal just have a drill on hand in case. The product: the smith machine is super smooth. The cables are smooth too no issues (had they been designed with the same slider design as the smith this machine would be top tear). ZERO COMPLAINTS just making a suggestion. All the attachments included are great and provide you with everything you need. Super sturdy, for a product at this price expectations were low but seriously surprised with the design and sturdiness. NOTE TO REVIEWERS: don’t be a snob. Don’t be dumb. These companies don’t control the shipping or Amazon’s inability to do things, so don’t screw a product because you hate Amazon. ... show more

All things considered, this is a good work out equipment. Had it about 2 weeks now and it has held up so far. Seems to be pretty sturdy and offers a lot of different workouts. I like that it came with a number of different accessories and for the price, that's good! Assembly took me more time that l thought but that's because it was just me. Instructions were pretty okay, added with YouTube videos. Only part that was challenging was unscrewing the bolt that came with the smith machine bar, had to go to Lowes to get some help. Only thing i'd say is I wish the weight holder for the cable didn't rub off against the rod so much, it's not a show stopper but it certainly seems to impact the flow and smoothness of cable work outs. All in all.... Money well spent! ... show more

The machine is awesome!! Packaging and assembly instructions were excellent. It did took us like 6 to 7 hours to fully assemble it. My husband and myself use it daily, we workout on it even at the same time between pulleys and Smith bar. We have been able to do all the workouts we want with the pulleys (lat pulldown, pullovers, crossovers, reverse fly, extensions, tricep pushdowns, etc). Smith is also great and smooth for squats, press exercises, etc. The bench is also super sturdy and heavy duty. Overall 10/10 machine! 100% recommended ... show more

    • Get what you pay for

For the price point, it’s a decent machine and will work for the majority of users. The 3 star rating is due mainly to the smith machine portion. I will update after more use. First of all, a few cons. The smith machine bar is a bolt together design that places the loaded force on the bolted together area as opposed to the weight being distributed across the bar. This causes loading issues on the rod guides. I’ve had this thing lock up at the bottom more than once and I have to get out of it, remove the weights and readjust. I’m probably going to disassemble the guides this week and see if I can correct it. Issue 2 is the plastic bushings on the cable guided weight carriage, it is very very sticky if you don’t balance the weight on both sides of the carriage. Easy fix but difficult to manage the weight you want to pull. Issue 3, I’m only 5’6” and I can’t do a proper deadlift on the smith due to its height. Ends up being more of a rack pull. Good for strength, bad for the stretch. I’d like to see the bar get lower. Other than those few issues, I’m having good workouts. Assembly was easy, took about 3 hours. Finish is decent enough minus some welding slag in areas. Bench is comfortable. Shipping royally sucked, understand they’re going to send this out in 8 separate shipments with 8 different tracking numbers and Amazon will only post 1. If you have an issue, don’t expect a response for hours as the sales support team cannot look at your order without sending it to a back room team. I plan to keep using the rack and modify it to make it better as commercial gyms absolutely annoy me anymore, I don’t have to fight 16 year old boys flexing in the mirror to get to equipment at home. Honestly, for $1500 can’t complain too much, I’ll fix the bugs and make it feel above its weight class. Hope this helps. ... show more

Only issue I had was with putting together the smith machine bar. The bolts on the bar were on so tight I had to get creative to take them off. I received the three packages that this comes in, and each package was missing product. I contacted Major Fitness with a list and they sent a package out right away, with only a few of the parts. Contacted them again, they stated they were sorry and said another shipment will be sent out. Received a package with parts I already had. Contacted them again letting them know the parts I’m still missing. Now they say replacement parts are in process from China.
