I purchased two of these tablecloths. They are beautifully constructed and have beautiful patterns and colors. Unfortunately, I had to return them. The colors and designs didn't go with my kitchen. I wish they had made more geometric shapes and had more primary colors in those designs. I am not a flowery kind of person or like animals on my tablecloths. The tablecloths I purchased had the most geometric patterns. I would have kept it if the colors worked in my kitchen. I recommend this type of tablecloth if this is your style. This is a nice tablecloth. It is rather vintage looking. It would look great on a large farmhouse table. The fabric is a rather heavy, weaved cotton. The hems are nice. As for colors, it's not as bright and light as the picture shows. The background has a definite pinkish-beige cast to it. The flowers look like they were painted on with watercolor paint, which isn't bad if that's what you want. It is cotton, so expect some shrinkage when washed, and you'll probably have to iron it. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep it or not. It might be a little too old fashioned for my decor. ... show more

First, I really, really like this brand "Maison d'Hermine." I have four of their tablecloths. I like them because they remind me of funky bedspreads sold in import stores in the 1970s. I like the colors in them, particularly the turquoise. I like the fact that they have a variety of prints on each one and the "busyness" of the print patterns makes slight stains less noticeable (even curry). I like the fact that the cotton releases most stains with treatment. I like an all cotton tablecloth because it's generally easy to care for, drapes nicely, and looks pretty on the table. But be warned: do not, not, not dry these tablecloths with hot air (I speak from sad experience). One of mine that I had washed and then dried perfectly (on just air) later shrank several inches when I dried it with hot air. That was the cost of impatience. If you dry it just dry (but not hard dry) and take it out and put it on the table, it will look good as is. I really like that. I find this particular tablecloth very pleasing to my eyes. Each time I looked at pages and pages of tablecloths, I kept liking this one until I finally bought it. ... show more

Beautiful beautiful beautiful and bright. I love the happy sweety or whatever the name of this tablecloth is. It’s a perfect summer table cloth and the Indian flowers is just stunning in person and really matches the room. . My Oma would approve. She loved tablecloths and I feel super adulty buying 2 for myself.
