  • Magpul Quality
Color: Black Style: A.R.M.S. 17S Style Pattern Name: Gun Rest
I wanted a light, study QD Bipod and this didn't disappoint. The ARMS mount is hard to obtain and expensive, I bought a cheap QD Rail Riser and took the rail off and the holes and screws matched up, the mount was a millimeter or so too narrow so I opened it up with a flat file, and for $16 I have a QD mount not the highest quality but will work while I wait for an ADM or ARMs one to put on the awesome bipod. ... show more

  • M-LOK Bipod FDE Color
Color: Flat Dark Earth Style: M-LOK Pattern Name: Gun Rest
It feels very sturdy and well made, nicely locking detents on legs and is easily adjustable. Very little play in it; actually just the perfect amount, for me. For all the geniuses that complain about it being wobbly, UNSCREW THE KNOB ON BOTTOM, LIFT BASE AWAY FROM LEGS, ROTATE 180 DEGREES AND RETIGHTEN SCREW. Omg is it really that hard? It has more “wobble” (movement) when you are set up for cant AND pan but nothing that falls in the realm of unacceptable, shame on Magpul. I didn’t need the pan feature so I just flipped the base and presto, almost no movement. To everyone who gave this a 1 star review because it wobbles, PLEASE stop using any kind of firearm as you are going to get someone hurt. It’s really not that difficult to figure out. It’s a great bipod. If it’s what your looking for, buy it and you’ll love it. If you are buying this expecting an Atlas, sorry but it’s not in that price point. If that’s what you want buy that, not this and then complain. It’s a great bipod, fits all my needs perfectly and is leagues above the UTG that I had that was in the same price point as the Magpul! ... show more

  • This should be the new standard for bipods
Color: Flat Dark Earth Style: M-LOK Pattern Name: Gun Rest
Before I begin, I’d like to preface with the fact that I am not a precision/long range shooter. My only experiences with bipods in the past have been during my time in the military, primarily as an m249 gunner. That is to say I’ve only used factory bipods on machine guns and that isn’t exactly a comparable use case for most but it is still the basis of my idea of what a bipod is. This of course isn’t counting those KAC grip pods that might still be floating around since I would argue that the two are not even comparable. That being said. This is the most intuitive and comfortable bipod I’ve ever used. Setup/installation is a piece of cake as far as mlok accessories go. Unlike the bipods I’ve used in the past, there is essentially no risk of biting your hands on any of the moving parts. One handed adjustment is a breeze, seeing as everything is very tactile and not “jank”, for a lack of a better term. Bipods I’ve used previously felt very flimsy, this is perfect for leaning into seeing as the feet aren’t bare metal but rather rubber pads. You can also buy different feet if you so desire, though i haven’t yet. Perhaps for the precision shooter with more money to blow there are better options, but if you’re just a guy like me that wants something simple and relatively cheap that’ll work for hunting, this is what you want. ... show more

  • Magpul products really need no introduction…
Color: Black Style: M-LOK Pattern Name: Gun Rest
Won’t find a better, more easy-to-use bi-pod system than Magpul…except maybe something that’s just more expensive. I bought the M-Lok version for an AR10-type rifle. Comes with all the hardware to attach. Only thing you need is 1/8 hex wrench. This bi-pod is fully adjustable with two independent leg elevation levels, vector scanning swivel, and angle tilt ability for awkward firing positions. It’s super light weight too - unlike other metal/spring monster contraptions. ... show more

  • Satisfied
Color: Black Style: Sling Stud QD Pattern Name: Gun Rest
This is the first bi-pod I've ever owned, so keep that in mind when reading this review. I bought this to put on a Ruger American bolt action .22 caliber with a sling mount. It comes with an adapter or two so that it will flush up to your stock. It was fairly simple to install. It also has a sling mount once attached to the rifle so you can put a sling on if you want since you'll be mounting this to your original sling mount location. It seems to be fairly well made. It is all polymer or "plastic" for the most part. No issue here for me. Fairly light weight and seems sturdy. Some reviews say that the bi-pod will not tighten enough to keep the rifle from rotating once mounted to the stock. This is true. It snugs up pretty well but will still allow the rifle rotate left and right a little. This is really not an issue in my opinion. You have to bump it or purposely rotate the rifle for this to be an issue. I've only noticed the rifle didn't seem to be perpendicular a couple of times out of a few thousand rounds. Give it a slight tweak and it's back where it should be. Overall I would recommend and buy this again at this time. I've only used mine on a table while shooting from a folding chair. I have not used this hunting in the woods or prone on the ground. ... show more

Bi pod looks great, but didn't come with screws to install. It's still not on a gun.
