Modified by drilling a hole dead center and used the legs that were included with the light bar. Driving at highway speeds and heavy wind the light bar didnt scoot or move in anyway this is week 3 of being on the roof ... show more

Bought to use to mount lights on my ROP bar for a Mahindra 4550 tractor. I wanted to be able to remove the light assembly if needed and not make it a permanent fixture. These magnets worked perfectly. I have driven the tractor in rough terrain, high gear and have limbs hit the light and the magnets did not budge. When you stick them they stay. Great product..... Honestly where do I start? They seem great at first but at around day 7, they’ll just let go for no reason whatsoever. Be extremely cautious as now I have damage done to my vehicle caused by a faulty product.

I did not want to drill holes in the hood of my Jeep so I purchased these magnets. The description stated they were compatible with the light bar I purchased. This was not the case. The original brackets have gears in order to aim the light bar. These brackets are smooth and did not hold the light bar in place. After spending an hour at Home Depot, I was able to rig the original brackets to these magnet bases. It works great now but it was a little frustrating to have to amend the installation due to the inaccurate description on the site. ... show more

I mounted an 18” emergency warning light on top of my truck. So far I’ve driven at 65 mph and it hasn’t moved. So I think that was good. I tried to adjust the position on top of the truck and bent the bracket trying to get it loose. It sticks real well. Thanks. JimM
