Features

  • Easy assemble and disassembly: The nato clamp on one end is compatible with nato rail, simply slide it onto the nato rail and tighten the thumbscrew. The handle is only for nato rail
  • Balance adjust: Except for sliding it forward and backward on the NATO rail to balance the camera's center of gravity, the handle is back and forth adjustable for you to find the balance position of your rig. It is very easy to assemble and disassemble the handle.
  • Double cold shoe: The handle comes with two built-in cold shoe which could attach to the microphone mount and flash.
  • Mounting points:Arrays of 1/4" -20 and 3/8"-16 mounting holes on the handle for mounting additional accessories, such as Ball head,rod clamp, magic arm, etc.
  • Spanner: It comes with an allen wrench on the side, which attaches via magnet inside the handle. You can use it for different purposes, you can loosen those screws on the other side and can change front to back orientation according to your need. So that makes it very easy to use for balancing the camera for handheld use.

Included rail is way too short, does not even fit the case in any combination. Short rail will also not give enough room for weight balance. Will need to order some ~60 mm rail.

Provides a lot of mounting options, but really, if you are going to use it as a handle, then the only practial places to mount are the are around where it mounts. For what I paid, this is the best value for a camera handle. The Nato rail option is sort of essential if you wan to stick this in a standard case. It's incredibly easy to removed and attache the handle now. I came from a small rig handle which is also excellent, but this one is just as good. I absolutely love this handle. As camera operator, I needed something sturdy enough to handle the weight of not only my camera but the entire rig and this handle is perfect. Once it's tightened, I feel completely secure using it to support everything. I love that I can change the position of the grip so the mounting points fit the equipment I'm using at that moment.
