At first I ordered the wrong shade and had to order the fair shade. Ok I will use the darker for contouring. OMG! This stuff is amazing. A little goes a long way and you want to do it in sections because it does tend to dry quickly. I used circular motions around my face and eyes and ALL the imperfections disappeared. I had a couple of stubborn spots but an extra application in those areas removed everything. My skin was clear, bright and healthy looking. Almost a "glow" without the fake highlighter look. The best part is how quick and easy it is. FAST! No more pounding with the beauty blender to get results. I can do my whole face (with elaborate eye makeup) in about 10 minutes from start to finish. Use a good setting powder with it and it will not budge all day. It feels light and it doesn't clog your pores. It felt so light on me I almost forgot to wash my face before bed. Forgot I was wearing makeup! I sweated through 97 degrees this week and not once did it move, slide or wear off. Definitely a good deal. Me and foundation don't get along...until now. I'm in my 60's with a little sun damage that I'd like to, if not cover completely, at least make it less noticeable. I just have never worn foundation because it feels unnatural to me, I could never make it look natural, and I'm not good at it! I have tried many, and spent waaaaay too much, only to be disappointed and annoyed with myself that I even bothered to try yet another. I just want a light coverage that's easy to put on and really looks natural. I have never seen a product like Jerome Alexander's foundation with this "air brush" type application. I wondered if I would be annoyed with myself yet once again, I was sure I would but decided to try it anyway. I'm so glad I did! It's lovely! It's easy! (And boy do I need easy!) I went with the "Light" color and it's perfect for me. I only apply a couple, maybe three, quick spritzes to the brush (The brush is so soft, really nice, and no cheapie!) and I kinda dab all over my face first, then gently do a dab/brushing combo type application. Also, there's a tip on here from another reviewer, a smart woman, about using an empty toilet paper tube to help control the spray. It's genius! Find it on here and use it. You can also tell this makeup is buildable for more coverage if you need it. Because I have fairly sensitive skin, I waited several weeks before giving a review. No problems there! Others have said “where have you been all these years “? and I echo that !!!! FINALLY a foundation that does what it’s suppose to do and most importantly the advertisement for this foundation is actually factual !! I am 64 years young 😉 and I was blessed with great genes regarding my skin but of course I do have a few superficial wrinkles and lines on my forehead and the side of my eyes and I have to say that THIS FOUNDATION is nothing short of a miracle, the coverage and ease of application is amazing 🤩 without any cakeiness or settling into the wrinkles. I live in Florida , hot and humid environment, where most foundations tend to become very shiny and run but the consistency of this foundation is phenomenal and stayed on perfectly without any noticeable difference !!! I chose the color medium which turned out to be a perfect color match for my skin and covered a few dark spots with one application 🙌🏼. I took the advice of a previous reviewer to put the brush inside a toilet paper roll to avoid unwanted waste of the foundation which is genius 👏🏻!! I know already that I have finally found my GO-TO FOUNDATION because not only am I happy with the results but also the Value for the money , I no longer have to overspend on foundations that don’t work !!! This is my first purchase of JA Airbrush foundation, after using many kinds over the years, need to "change with age". At 70, my go to Laura Geller was making me look dry and heavy trying to get coverage, but looking too heavy. The JA so far has great coverage, and is buildable w/o looking cakey like LG. One thing, the shade swatches do NOT match the actual face color examples on the JA website. I bought Bright Medium, and it is just WAY TOO LIGHT, I have to touch it up with a little bit of bronzer. One of the other reviews said put your brush in a TP tube to prevent wasted or messy spray. It's AN ok foundation, but shades shown are not accurate. I usually wear a medium to medium tan , so I can honestly say these products are lighter than the sample shades. I have purchased a 2nd in medium dark, and will see if that works and will update my review. Of course I don't know how long one container will last using 6 days a week. 2nd purchase, this time the medium dark. At least this color is getting a little closer, still a pinch too light. What I do have to say is the actual color of the airbrush makeup is no way near coming close to the color swatches, or the model examples on the website. Of course they are not returnable. I have requested a return of the THIRD product, which was delivered, and UNOPENED. but not sure if they will comply with my request. ... show more
