    • I've been using this deck to help teach my wife commander and she has enjoyed it!
My wife likes the theme of fairies and I figured this would be a fun way to get her to try out more MTG with me. I bought this and another precon and it's been a good confidence boost for her because it's a majorly flyer themed tribal deck that has some really cool synergy. I feel like it's been good for her to learn, and it has some good cards that I feel can definitely synergize well and if you add some extra cards like bitterblossom you can make a strong deck to play with more serious players as well. ... show more

I used one of the alternate commanders (Alela, I believe she's ranked 92 on edhrec). I was able to build a fairly scary board state, but ultimately lost the game. The deck already has some counterspell-type cards, but I may add more interaction

I recently started playing magic with my boyfriend who has been playing for years. I bought this deck since I love anything to do with fairytales, and I was able to beat him two times in a row! It's a very fun deck and holds a lot of cool tricks! It's also let me learn how to use different abilities better and set up multiple strategies. I definitely recommend for anyone who is newer and wanting to start learning more and getting a little more intense :) ... show more
