Got this set to keep my 2 1/2 year old nephew occupied during a visit. He's played with similar sets before, but the "car" and slide pieces were new to him and his favorites. The miscellaneous letter tiles happened to have the letters for his name, which was also fun. Plenty of pieces to work with, and no notable issues. Whenever I purchase magnetic tiles, I look for the best deal going on as I’ve noticed the brand name does not make a difference with these. This set was purchased for a two year olds birthday and he loves them! I have sets for my two year old as well and they are so much better than normal blocks. These are great for two year olds to start using them to stack and make simple shapes. Easy to cleanup and fun for all ages. My husband and I enjoy building with them as well. ... show more

I like these for brain breaks with my students. My 6, 7, 8 graders use them, and constantly ask to use them. I highly recommend trying them out for a learning toy or alternative to blocks.
