The bike is very cute and very sturdy. It was very easy to assemble. I did run into an issue when putting together with the front wheel fork and I contacted the seller and they were quick to respond and quick to fix. I am very happy with the purchase and my little girl just loves it!!

We bought this bike for my 2 year old 25 pound daughter for a Christmas present December 2023. She was learning to ride the bicycle and two days a go the bike broke March 6, 2024. Amazon told me to email the company so I did. The company stated it’s out of warranty and either purchase a new one or find a bike repair shop to fix it. This was poor customer service, no warranty like the website says, and a poorly made quality bike. It should last a lot longer than two months without having to replace it. This was my 3 year old daughters first bike and she loved it.s the back baby seat gets lose easily but can’t be fixed. The yellow tire gets dirty fast. Overall it’s a great bike and she loves it!
