This duvet cover is very nice and fits our Decour perfectly. It reminds me of my grandma‘s old bedspread. Ha which like everything comes back around. It is definitely a modern farmhouse look. It is relatively soft, bright, white, and medium weight. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that it does shed initially. Plan on washing it a couple of times before putting it on your bed. Prepare to clean your dryer lint catcher at least four times during the drying. Then shake it out and you will absolutely love this duvet set ... show more

I opened the package and there was a weird smell. The texture was a little rough. I gave the duvet a wash and the smell came out and the fabric softened a bit. The drying process was a bit longer than expected. My lint trap filled 3x before the duvet would be dried completely. It was worth it! I’m extremely happy with the weight of the duvet. It looks heavy but is surprisingly light. The texture is awesome. The overall aesthetic it adds to the room is beautiful. The first one I ordered showed up with a black stain in the center and a hole. I assume this was a used item and the fault is on Amazon for reselling it. The replacement appeared new and in good condition, however the chenille part is not very soft, more rough like a low quality bath towel. It also sheds so bad. I’ve now washed it 3 times trying to control the lint but it continues to shed and dust up my room. Also the description states that it is white, it is not its cream colored. I wish it was softer and better quality Update - 3 washes later and it broke my dryer machine. The chenille fuzz completely falls apart and creates so much dust and dander. It completely clogged the lint trap way beyond repair and broke the heating unit of the machine. Of course it is 1 day passed the return date to get my money back. Trash quality and resulted in me having to purchase new appliances.. ... show more

This got some bad reviews so I was hesitant to purchase but it’s pretty much exactly what I had in mind; light weight, but still warm and comfy while adding some style. Yes there are some fuzzies, but come on, it’s a blanket with a fuzzy type design throughout the cover. And it’s only on the top, the bottom is more like a thick flat sheet similar to a flannel type feeling. For the value especially since I bought the Cal King which was on sale, I am very happy with it and wouldn’t mind another set in a different color. If you are looking for pure white, this is more of an ivory but not quite a cream color. ... show more

So unfortunately, I had a cat get sick multiple times all over this bed spread. Gross I know. At the moment it happened I wasn’t able to deal with it and it got stuffed in the laundry room. This duvet feels and looks luxurious but I gave it only 3 stars because of all the damn lint. It took 4 hours and 4 cycles to completely dry and I had to clean out the lint tray each time.
