I am 5'8"/8'9" & 175/180#LBS A medium is kind of loose fit and a small would probably be good over a T-shirt or light long sleeve, if you have smaller shoulders? Medium is good for a few layers underneath and a Carhartt vest over it for colder winter days working in 0-30 ° temps But beware the zipper! @ the very top there is a slot for the zipper pull to slide off. So you MUST have the zipper zipped up before you put it into the washing machine or dryer! Or you will probably loose the zipper pull!!! The good news is that if you find a zipper pull in the bottom of the washer or drier... Look at the top of the zipper and find the odd little slot and slide the pull back on. ... show more

This is good quality for the price, if you need a warm jacket this will do. Zipper is the only problem I have, really cheap if you’re not careful I can see it coming right off. Fits as expected and material inside jacket stays together, will get dirty easy with lint, hair, etc as the material makes it much easier for all that stuff to attach.
