For cleaning horizontal surfaces, this thing beats using a wand in every way I can think of. At first, I thought it did not clean quite as thoroughly, but it in fact cleans better. It leaves a more uniform appearance, does not splash onto adjacent surfaces, is a bit faster, and allows you to avoid digging at edges that are mulch or grass. Highly recommended. ... show more

It is pretty easy to use. I bought it because it was rated for 4000 psi which matched the pressure washer rating. There was a little screen in the line at the connection fitting. That didnt last long at all. I had to take it apart a couple times. Once to fiah the screen out that blew through the fitting. The other time I had a piece of trash that was causing it to run a little funny. I did blow an oring the second day. It came with spares and I had used it quite a bit. Overall, i think it is money well spent. I imagine i will have to replace a bearing in it soon, but its pretty easy work considering the price point vs a commercial one. Compared to what people charge, you could buy these and consider them disposable if you had to. I think it will need some tlc from time to time, but overall it seems to work fairly well. ... show more

It really does the job. I don’t understand why there are one star reviews. It’s well built with durable spinning mechanisms. Comes with set of replacement jets. I used it with 3600 pressure washers and had my long walkway cleaned in just 20 min. I really like the wheels which at first seemed useless because I also have Ryobi surface cleaner with no wheels. But the wheels do make the job easier by putting less dragging pressure on the wand . ... show more

    • This WORKS - faster, easier, then just pressure washing

I have a huge patio that would take me days to pressure wash - so I avoid it til it must be done. I was able to pressure wash the patio in ONE day easily with this product and it had years of buildup, moss, and mold. The wheels make it so much easier to push around on the concrete, brick, and stone. I also liked not having to hold up the wand for hours - I simply moved the surface cleaner in a mopping motion and the extenders made it a great height so no hunching over while working. I will pressure wash more often since it was so easy to use the surface cleaner. Also the amount of dirt particles flying up and on me was zero - not so with the just using a wand. Since this unit is made of metal it seems like it will hold up well. Any time have a product that cuts your work in half or more, both in time and labor, it is a keeper! ... show more
