I bought this for my 4Runner but I had to return it because it did not fit properly even though it was listed as compatible. While the bulb did fit in the socket, the plug end was too long and would not snap in. This made the bulb a bit loose which means it could potentially slip out over time. This is the reason I returned it. (And the reason for the 3 star rating). It had nothing to do with the quality.     • Brighter than halogen reverse bulbs
Used these LEDs to replace the halogen reverse bulbs on my 2012 Ram 1500. My main reasons for going with LEDs were: (1) wanted brighter reverse lights, (b) wanted LEDs that were Canbus compatible. There LEDs did the trick. They are brighter and haven't thrown any error codes.

    • These only worked correctly for 4 months then started to flicker and burned out..
Easy to install in my car, were fairly bright, my only complaint is the life of these fog lights. Both started to flicker and then burned out within days of each other...

    • Super bright!
I drive an F150 and I’ve always had trouble seeing behind me. I considered buying aftermarket fog lights and bolting them to the bumper. I don’t think I need to do that now. These are incredibly bright worth every cent. I can’t speak for the longevity I’ve only had them on for four months.

    • Excellent bulb
Its an excellent quality bulb using the latest 3030 chips, however, there are bulbs that have more 3030 chips and at a lower price. These do have the advantage of being perfectly omnidirectional though, whereas others square off their lights in a rectangle rather than perfect round curve like here. Also note that these are not 2.2K lumen, even theoretical, as they are counting the theoretical lumens for both bulbs. They are theoretical 1.1K, and in real world naturally no where near that, but nevertheless the 3030s are about as good as it gets with current technology in this application IMO. ... show more
